edCount helps state-level clients prepare and respond to the federal peer review process for general and alternate assessments under Title I of NCLB. We can conduct studies to collect necessary evaluation information for this purpose, or review completed packages for states to ensure they are compliant prior to being sent to the U.S. Department of Education.
