Grace Wagner, M.P.P. is an Associate at edCount, LLC. She contributes to our validity and alignment evaluation and technical documentation work and assists with management of personnel and other resources.Ms. Wagner has over a decade of experience in education as an educator and system developer, working at both local and state levels as well as in the private sector.She has developed data research and analysis plans, protocols, and reports for several state departments of educations, including the District of Columbia Office of the State Superintendent of Education and the Virginia Department of Education. In this work, Ms. Wagner has analyzed data sets with thousands of data points from across numerous classrooms, teachers, and students to inform school quality ratings and public knowledge. She was a high school social studies teacher and has worked as an aide serving students with disabilities.
Dr. Wagner earned her Master of Public Policy degree from George Mason University in 2012 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the College of Charleston in 2007. Dr. Wagner joined edCount in April 2019.
