Kristina Harding, B.A. is an Associate at edCount, LLC, where she has assisted with materials development, data analysis, professional development, and report production for Gallaudet University’s Laurent Clerc National Deaf Education Center since 2016. Ms. Harding has also aided the data analysis and report production for a large-scale alignment evaluation in grades 3 – 8 ELA, mathematics, science, and social studies for the Georgia Department of Education. Ms. Harding provides logistical and editorial support to the Strengthening Claims-based Interpretations and Uses of Local and Large-scale Assessment Scores (SCILLSS) project funded by the US Department of Education.
Ms. Harding received a B.A. in Political Science and Education History and Policy from Brown University. During her undergraduate studies, she interned at the New York City Department of Education, where she supported the development of curriculum for out of school time programs and developed an inventory catalog of curriculum resources. After graduating in 2011, Ms. Harding served as a City Year Corps Member in the Bronx, managing an after-school literacy program. Ms. Harding then went on to work as a Junior Advocate at a national social security disability law firm, where she helped manage cases and conduct legal writing in preparation for cases. Ms. Harding joined edCount in March 2016.
