Jasmine Manley, M.Ed.

Ms. Jasmine Manley, M.Ed., is an Associate and English Language Arts and Social Studies Assessment Specialist at edCount, LLC, and contributes to edCount’s assessment development projects by developing materials related to large-scale assessments, facilitating educator panels, collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, and authoring reports and presentations. Ms. Manley has nearly 10 years of experience in education, serving in various roles, including as an educator and a test development professional. Prior to joining edCount, Ms. Manley served as an Assessment Developer at Cambium Assessment where she contributed to the development and management of ELA and social studies assessments. Her responsibilities included writing, reviewing, and revising ELA and social studies test items aligned to test specifications, content standards, and curriculum in multiple states, ensuring item quality. Ms. Manley served as the ELA content lead for alternate assessment development projects and facilitated item review, data review, and standard setting meetings with clients and educators.

Ms. Manley received her M.Ed. in Learning and Technology from Western Governors University and a B.S. in Middle Level Education from Delaware State University. She holds current teaching certification in Middle School English Language Arts, Social Studies, and Special Education.
