Lisa Rose is a Managing Associate at edCount, LLC and leads edCount’s business development activities as well as manages special projects. She is an experienced project and business manager for state-level, large-scale assessment projects and is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified. For nearly two decades, Ms. Rose has been responsible for the business development and contract management of multiple large-scale and alternate assessment projects. Most recently, she was the Vice President, State Solutions at Questar Assessment where she was responsible for business development and contract management of large-scale and alternate assessments including customer engagement and consultative sales, proposal development in response to Requests for Proposals, and was involved with the day to day oversight of multi-million-dollar projects. Prior to her work with Questar, Ms. Rose managed business development and contracts for large projects at Pearson. At Pearson, she received numerous awards including “Sales Team of the Year,” “Executive of the Year,” and “President’s Award.”
Ms. Rose received her MS in Management and Organization (Leadership) from Capella University and her BA in Social Work, Psychology, and Sociology from Dana College. Ms. Rose joined edCount in June 2019.
