Lisa Rose, M.S., PMP

Lisa Rose, M.S., PMP, is a Managing Associate and Director of Business Development at edCount, LLC.  She leads edCount’s business development activities as well as manages special projects, including item development for both general education and alternate assessments. She is an experienced project and business manager for state-level, large-scale assessment projects and is Project Management Professional (PMP) certified. For nearly two decades, Ms. Rose has been responsible for the business development and contract management of multiple large-scale and alternate assessment projects. Most recently, she was the Vice President, State Solutions at Questar Assessment where she was responsible for business development and contract management of large-scale and alternate assessments including customer engagement and consultative sales, proposal development in response to Requests for Proposals, and was involved with the day-to-day oversight of multi-million-dollar projects. Prior to her work with Questar, Ms. Rose managed business development and contracts for large projects at Pearson.

Ms. Rose received her M.S. in Management and Organization (Leadership) from Capella University and her B.A. in Social Work, Psychology, and Sociology from Dana College.
